Check yourself in with the lockbox; gate and key box code will be communicated to you before arrival via What’s App.
• Late Check-Out
Late checkouts are subject to availability and fees apply. Please get in touch with us for more information regarding this service.
1. Guest Access:
The entire property is yours—no shared spaces and a private entrance.
• Private pool with sun terrace (depending on the villa type)
• Private garden for your exclusive use (depending on the villa type)
• Fully fenced grounds and secure surroundings
• Parking space is available for free right in front of the villa secured by a surveillance camera.

1.Any loss or damage caused to the inverter, linen, facilities, equipment, or furniture of the property will be determined solely by the owner and must be reimbursed by the tenant upon request. Please report any loss or breakage to the owner before your departure. Otherwise, the owner will carry out an evaluation, and the tenant will be held responsible for any losses found.
2.The tenant and their guests stay and visit the property at their own risk. The owner cannot be held liable for any injury, accident, or death of the tenant or their guests, as well as any loss, theft, or damage to their property during their stay on the premises, regardless of the cause. The tenant indemnifies the owner from any liability for claims related to injury, death, or property damage during their stay.
All our villas include a complimentary cleaning service. The cleaning schedule varies according to the villa type and is outlined below.
Schedule:
• Hibiscus & Oasis (villa with private pool): daily
• Frangipani & Azur (villa with garden view): three times per week > Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
All towels and linen will be taken care of by the staff & bed linens are changed every 5 days for long stays.
The gardener and pool maintenance staff visit twice per week.

They speak English and French fluently.
Payment Policy:
Payment Terms
a. Upon confirmation of the reservation, a 50% deposit is required, and the remaining balance must be paid thirty (30) days before the guest’s arrival.
b. In case of booking within thirty (30) days prior to arrival, full payment must be made to confirm the reservation.
2. Cancellation Policies
A full refund is granted up to 30 days before check-in. After this period, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable.
No security deposit is required but all damaged/broken items will be claimed directly to the guests.
In case of force majeure, if the property becomes uninhabitable during the rental period for reasons beyond the owner’s control and without fault of the tenant, a prorated refund will be issued for the period during which the property could not be occupied. No further compensation can be claimed from the owner.
The owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time, before or during the stay, if the tenant and/or their guests engage in inappropriate behavior or do not respect the property, especially by causing disturbances to the neighbors.
The tenant agrees to observe the tacit rule of silence after 10:00 PM to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood.

c. Any pool, wooden hot tub, or jacuzzi located on the property is used at the tenant’s and their guests’ own risk, and they must ensure that children are supervised at all times.
5. Acceptance of General Terms:
The tenant confirms having received and read the General Terms of Stay and Cancellation Policy established by the owner.
Important Information
As from 1st October 2025, a tourist tax of €3 per adult (12 years old and above), per night, is applicable.
‼️ Good news for our guests: the mandatory tourist tax of €3 per person, per night, required by the Mauritian government, is already included in your nightly rate and fully covered by us.
This means no extra payment on arrival and no hidden costs — just a smooth, stress-free stay so you can fully relax and enjoy your time at Searenity Villas.
The collected amount on your booking is transferred directly to the Mauritian government
