Everything you need to know before you arrive: check-in, cleaning, payment and cancellation. No surprises, just the details laid out plainly.
Check-in is from 2:00pm, via self check-in with a lockbox. Your access code is sent by WhatsApp before you arrive, so you can let yourself in whenever your flight lands.
Check-out is by 10:00am. Late checkout may be possible subject to availability and an additional fee.
Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per bedroom.
Quiet hours apply after 10:00pm out of respect for neighbouring villas.
Complimentary daily cleaning is included in every stay, in all four villas.
Linen and towels are included, with bed linens changed every 5 days for longer stays.
The pool cleaner will visit twice a week to clean and maintain the pool. The gardener will visit three times a week to maintain the garden, plants, and outdoor areas.
You can park either two small cars or one large car inside the gated property.
A 50% deposit is due on booking, with the balance payable 30 days before arrival.
If you book within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required upfront. There is no security deposit held, but any damages during your stay are billed directly.
Full refund if you cancel up to 30 days before check-in.
After that point, the first 30 days of your stay become non-refundable.
Mauritius applies a government tourist tax of €3 per adult, per night as of 1 October 2025. This tax applies to adults only, and children under 12 are exempt.
